Mace Pro Security Product Return Policy

Effective November 6, 2006

1. All returns for credit must be done within 30 days from original date of purchase. After 30 days, a one year repair/replacement warranty applies.
2. All returns for credit must be returned in new condition, include all original packaging, documentation, manuals, warranty card and components etc. Incomplete, used, slightly used, or damaged items may not be returned for credit.
3. Items 30 to 60 days old (from date of purchase) will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% and must be returned in new condition, include all original packaging, documentation, manuals, components etc. Incomplete, used, slightly used, or damaged items may not be returned for credit. Products are covered by a 1-year repair/replacement warranty.
